It seems strange with no guests at the moment, the weather has been beautiful and the garden has never looked better! The only positive is that I have been able to get on with some outstanding decorating projects. All the wooden floors in the bedrooms and dining room have been resealed and the sitting room carpet has been deep cleaned. The front door is now a glossy racing green and Richard has sanded and repainted the outside signs, also making a new roadside sign so we are easy to spot which ever direction you arrive from!
