Hearty, country food using local ingredients
I try to use as many local ingredients as possible for all meals, either grown ourselves or produced locally. My cooking style could be described as hearty, country food, nothing too fancy but hopefully tasty and satisfying.
I also offer outstanding value for money, charging only £20 per person for 3 courses with tea or coffee, not such a big appetite, then have 2 courses for £17.
As everything is cooked from scratch, I only ask that if you require an evening meal during your stay, you book at least 24 hours advance.
New for 2021 is our Deli Platter – a selection of homemade salamis, cheese, olives, and pickles served with artisan bread, only £10 per person.
